Initially I thought that this wasn't too bad but there was something about it that wasn't quite right - and in the end I think it comes down to clutter.

The site seems to be trying to do too much at once. I would consider what the core message is and try to get that across more clearly. At the moment there are lots of bold colours, and colourful icons and they're all fighting for attention.

Keep the bold colours (some of them at least), but use them more sparingly. Make the less important elements more subdued and only give the important stuff the colours.

Also try to focus the calls to action. More than 2 or 3 per page and people get lost.

One quick win would be to tone down the contrast and colours on the background and then the rest of the site will stand out more.
