Hi Ashe,

Sorry, but there are too many different styles on this design, the wooden frame, the bubbles, the odd artwork/waves at the bottom.

Also, the way you placed the navigation is not good at all, not legible and the colour you chose for the links make it even more hard to read them.

There is no relationship between the brand name and the concept... even more, I think there is no concept here, it looks like a really cheap design done by someone with basic photoshop skills.

I'd like to suggest you start over and find a consistent concept related to the brand in concern.
