First off I would just like to say that this is a really solid design. I first went to the current website and automatically realized that any first-time visitors are pummeled with a lot of content.
I think you've completely overturned this matter, and in essence I think you've really made this site what it should be.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but is the main purpose of the website to get new clients involved with your recycling services? Either by the pickup or products you offer?
If that's the case then you've really done a great job executing it. You've got an obvious call to action, and on top of that there's multiple entry points to get involved with the company. However, I noticed Angie said this above, but maybe a little more correlation between the images (in the banner) and their links, just some way to make them more seamless and separated from each other (not too much though.)
I'm also curious about that login in form. Does it take the user to another page or is it an animated drop down?
That's all i've really got, sorry it's not much. But to be honest you've really laid the out in a really sensible manner. This should help the company out big time. (At least I hope it does.)
