    I think you have headed straight to photoshop without wireframing first, you might benefit from doing that stage now. Maybe you have tried to make too trendy looking site, it might be better to just align things in rows and columns.

      I agree with you.... this need to be handled using some wire frame tool and after going through the all process i.e. accessibility testing, usability testing, designing etc... then only it should proceed to the development of the application....
