This is pretty nit-picky but I think the tagline needs editing. It's maybe not actually a contradiction, but "There is no magic in wild successful projects / attitude makes all the magic" ... you just said there was no magic, so there should be attitude makes the success instead, and why does the attitude help? I think it would be more effective to have a tagline that sums up what your attitude is and why it's better than most attitudes. I assume it has something to do with simplicity.
I agree with all the comments that the stuff going on in the header is too much. I can barely read the title of the site and "project management is an attitude".
Otherwise I think you need to make the copy more specific. it seems very much like hand-waving right now -- it tells me that you are different, not why you are different and more importantly, why you're the best.
Like the first option best. Think it still needs a lot of work in terms of clutter and the navigation seems very -- random to me. Like "Let's Get Busy Together" -- and the speech bubbles, think they should take more precedence. Get rid of the overlapping text or use it ONLY once and not overlapping a lot. Colours are hot!
