Design - A very nice design, but I think the music has a bit more attitude than you get through here. Perhaps it's the mellow portrait.
Orginality - After having a look at similar music websites I think you're way ahead and the use of js animation really make the site take off.
Layout - The front page objects (Upcoming and Tracks) are all over the place. Align from center and use similar backgrounds. Use a a grid layout.
Typo - The bread text is hard to read over the faded background. Nice effort with the shading, but perhaps a see through background would improve readability. The transition is very cool!
Photo page - Yes, very nice curry picture. As you open the slide show the web site branding gets lost. Keep it around somewhere to hold it together.
Beautiful but needs more bluegrass grit attitude.
