Haha...this catches my attention immediately when I look at it.
I have one concern though. Isn't the position of the navigation in a rather "hard to find" place. I mean, you have to scroll down 600px or so to reach it. I really like how the navigation is placed to cut off the image of the person, but it may cause some confusion with some people.
Maybe you could shrink the image of the person a bit to bring the nav bar up and bit but its your call.
Are you going to have the content below the navigation bar?
