I'm not quite sure what you are trying to accomplish with the overlapping elements, misaligned text and busy layout. The colors are great and I could see how this could become a great site, but you have to simplify, organize and format this in a way that allows me to focus on one element at a time. This site just isn't there for me yet, keep working on it.
