Header is nice, more white space on the logo and dashboard. Give some side space.
Colors are nice, I actually like it a lot. Nice colors, everything fits together.
For the sake of a clean display you have going here, get simpler images in Awarded Designs.
Part underneath the header should be darker, with more color. Needs better fitting with the theme. Either that, and get the part underneath darker. Don't go gradiently.
Otherwise, I like the way its working out.
