You're off to a good start. I'm going to mostly rehash what others have said, but if your main goal is to have your message heard, then it should be easy to read. Your tag line shouldn't be hidden behind post it notes, or have some words turned vertically. Your designs are legible, but they could use some tweaking (think grids). Keep it up, and you'll have a great design in no time!
