The font feels really nice, and even though I like it, I think the designs somehow lacks coherence.
I prefer number 1, but you should avoid the Post-It obscuring the headline. The placement of the two post-its, the main headline and the top-right menu all need to relate to each other. Try using a strong grid. At the moment, my eyes are not focusing on anything, I think you should develop a clear hierarchy of elements using strong alignments.
Number 2 is more "fun", but feels a bit haphazard. Maybe try to reduce the line-heights and get all words close together so they form a "shape". This should be a recognisable element of the page, which you can then align in relation to the other elements. This would make the page hold together as a whole. You can even group the words as a single elements and have a gradient running through them.
