I know this is a Design comp so maybe the content is changing but make sure you tweak your content to make it so that your small and medium business clients can find you.
First off, you have a very open concept yet, on concept 1, the text runs under the "postit". I prefer comp 2 for that reason, and because I prefer the blue color scheme.
I like the treatment you used for the "postit" graphic. It has depth, you might want to think about a light source as well, and how that applies to everything.
I noticed, also, that you have a lot of different fonts going on with this design. So keep that in mind, you don't have to go too crazy with different fonts to still make your impact.
Overall I like it, great job.
