    I've actually used that damask texture you're using for a poster :) I'll have to post that concept later today. I love the aged look and the textures you've used. The typography is great. REally nothing negative :)

      The little touches you have added to the overal design is what makes it. (small icons outside the location and the distressed corner). I would have to agree with the top and bottom margins comment by Myers. It might look more active if the top margin was larger than the bottom or visa versa. Very nice work!
