    One of the most important thing about a site like this is to get people to sign up and quick. That's why I think you should make your call to action buttons larger and more prominent on the page.

    Above "The BillMyParents MasterCard Features" section, I suggest two large buttons side by side. One should be "Sign Up Now", the other "Learn More"

    Overall a nice look to the site though. It does look professional.
