This is looking pretty good. I think the content is laid out well and the large elements make it easy for the parents to navigate and learn. The colors work, but to be picky, they are the standard healthcare colors. I like the abstract background image in the main graphic section. However, you should add a different picture for the FAQ section so it looks different than the What is section. Also, I'd change the active and hover states of the nav - they are very basic and not very pleasing. Since you already separate the nav from the image with the green bar, why don't you remove the blue background and turn the nav items into tabs? Parents should be pretty familiar with this type of navigation. In addition, I'd scale down the font size for the FAQ text. Why does the news page look so different from the rest of the site?
