Vey nice Design : ) Well Balanced love the colours, Fonts, Texture and over all placements of Properties.
The only thing I would think about is to add sume effect to sub-menu arrows can be animated with very light effects. could be shaking up-down or may b a blinking colours on arrow. Or can be a segregating line between the arrow and the menu text so it actually makes an understanding of a submenu click.

Thank you for your input, we are taking it into consideration and making some changes (but they will not appear on this mockup. we are moving into a live dev environment now for php purposes).
