I really enjoy this concept. The fish is brilliantly simple. If i could change one thing, it would be the gradient in the fish's eye. I find it distracting and would just keep it the darker blue. Also, have you tried a soft gradient on the text as well? Letter spacing is a little strange, too. All in all, it's pretty nice, and is well on it's way to become a great logo.
