I absolutely love this design, although this is slightly biased because I am a sucker for designs with clear leaves in them (I have no idea why).
I would say that the first version is by FAR the best. However, the second would translate on to the web more easily. I would possibly still go with the first one, if you make a large header for the website it could still be placed tastefully, despite the large vertical space it takes up.
I think the only thing I would change is making the text, and perhaps the outline of the leaf lighter by a very small degree. To me the text jumps out a bit too much, which is in contrast with the laid back style which the whole design otherwise generates.
Also, I am not sure about this one, but perhaps you should change the outline of the leaf ever so slightly. I am really bad at 3d thinking, but the curvature of the spine of the leaf seems to be out of sync with the curvature of the outline of the leaf. In other words, while the curve of the spine suggests that the leaf bends slightly, the outline doesn't. This might be completely stupid, sorry, I am really bad at anything above the second dimension :)
Overall I love the logo, and I think it accomplishes its task pretty well. The laid back colors and the leaf go together and symbolize a natural approach. I keep thinking of the Nestea logo I think with the exception that this is better :)
