While I think this works for you purposes, I don't think it's overly creative or done very well I'm not trying to be harsh here but the design feels like it was stuck in a time warp. Very segmented, washed colors, Not very engaging. and some alignment issues. I would say a start over on this project would help. Let me know if you have questions...

      Thank you for your feedback.

Can you be more specific about (a) the alignment issues and (b) how you would address the "very segmented" problem. (I understand what you're saying there, but I haven't been very happy with the other variations I've tried that were less segmented.) Do you have advice or examples about how to make it more cohesive?

      1. With the alignment, I was mostly talking about the right justified headings. Justify all of your headings to the right.
      2. Your segmentation is the biggest downfall of this site. There is no flow to the site. Everything is very clearly defined and there are no transitions into the other areas.

http://net.tutsplus.com/ is a site that has dealt with segmentation in a great way. They have a lot of segments in their site, but it all still flows very well.

      1. I feel like the colors are also really pulling the site down. The colors you chose feel cheap. Try to find richer colors that flow together better.

Does this all make more sense or do you need some more explanation?
