    This is slowly getting better. Here are few things I would do:

    1. Work on the registration bar. Make the blue part come up over the top and add a slight drop shadow.
    2. Choose a different color than the gray charcoal for the background, maybe a very subtle gray?
    3. Take the logo off the picture
    4. Make the picture thumbs smaller
    5. Make your text more interesting.

    Good work so far, just keep tweaking this a bit.

      I'm still not sold on the colors. Too washed out or something, not quite sure what it is. I think the image will look better without the logo (Obviously the rough photoshop job with the water is just temporary). I think the content area is a bit of step back. The bar below the thumbnails of the images is too much, same with the icons to the left of your text blocks. Keep workin' on this.
