This is a really good start. It's a fairly clean layout and conservative. Here are a few things that I am suggesting for improvement:
I think the site title identifies the purpose of the site, but I'd still like to see a sentence or two in the main section that explains a little more and will grab the attention.
I think the profile pictures should be prefaced with a title of some sort. Are these satisfied customers or singles who recently signed up or what?
The main text area could use some more spice and some bottom padding.
The footer is a little weak. Maybe you could add a testimonial to this section.
