I love the concept, and the first one is definitely my favorite. The colors just work. Great job! :)
The only things that throw me off are the two dots on the bottom of the H and the W. I feel like they make the design a bit unbalanced. If you got rid of them, I think it would add to readability and balance.
(I don't even know if you need dots by every letter, though I understand the focal point reference.)
Overall, I really do like it though. Good luck :)
