The illustration itself is very nice, though quite suggestive and I think women might tire of seeing it every time they visit. Perhaps it could be rotated with an equally attractive male version? If it's a question of one sex or the other, the association of a man as "friendly bartender" is fun and approachable and could work well in place of the woman.
The typography needs a little attention (headings aside). Enlarging the font or selecting a heavier one would bring in contrast. The illustration seems to overpower (or distract from - I can't decide) the content.
You're heading in the right direction! Terrific idea for a site as well.
