I would also try a new and more modern, sleek looking color. There's tons of examples on this website that could help. I think the red color on the brocure looks dated...especially combined with the faces of older people. Try and make old people feel cool, connected, and that they matter. If you can do that with changing the font and color scheme, I think you will have a much better brocure. Sorry for the negative feedback.
