i agree about the Interested in buying property part, should get more attention. Head graphic is too big. Somehow I don't mind the weirdness of the grass in ratio to the people as much as how that whole part is composed, I like both of the images but maybe they just don't have to be together and if there are find a better composition. (I think I am just drawn to the greenness of that grass, why doesn't my lawn look like that, stupid snow) You seem to be really concerned about the organization of information at the top then loose it at the bottom. Making the upper half feel isolated from the bottom just by the difference in how its finessed.
