Overall, my first thought is that it looks a bit like a template. Not an uncommon thing in web design today so don't be offended if it's not. I'd like to see less focus on the giant graphic on the top. The item that has the least draw visually is the "Interested in Buying?" section. Isn't this the MOST important? I like the bar in the middle with the properties in thumbnail form, it's just not very visually interesting.
