Good structure of the elements. I can see the hierarchy. You definitely have a focal point. Proper choice of colors.
I think the grass in the header is too big compared with the people on it. It seems unnatural. The heading color should be darken a little bit for better contrast. The three columns below have different height sizes. Better aligned could be done. The search bar also could be aligned with the right corner of the header.
