Hi Oliver,
I hope you're well.
I suppose I will be the first to tell you that I've seen a lot of these 'web award' sites and none of them are done to the standard you would expect for a body giving out award for this type of thing.
Yours site is no different. And personally I feel there is another agenda with regard to this venture.
These awards are typically given by a consortium of organisations that have members with years of experience in this area. There is no mention of this on your site.
You have no personal or business credentials listed to support this and there are no others in your consortium.
Sorry mate, in my opinion, this is a not a good idea. Given this I have nothing to add in terms of design.
Sorry for the harsh review. If you can refute my statements by providing details for the deficiencies above I would be happy to help as much as possible.
Kind regards,
Matt

Matthew Trubow commented:Hi Oliver,
Thanks for your reply.
I don't think my comments were rude. You have posted your concept on a review website. That's what you got; a review about you concept. The hint is in the URL ;)
As you said yourself, you have no basis for giving out awards. As mentioned in my last message, I feel the website serves another agenda.
If you only wanted design input, perhaps you should have mentioned that or just sent this around to your mates for review.
It would take a remarkable designer to be able to single handily establish an award of this nature. You have a way to go mate.
Kind regards,
Matt

I don't really care about the other awards based websites out there. I didn't say my awards site was any different but to make this assumption with a brief description is just rude.
I don't have a consortium or organisation backing me but that doesn't matter because my site is just a bit of fun and a way to say "hey well done for creating a great design" or "your an inspiration to a generation of fellow designers".
Besides the reviews I'm asking for are for design changes, not business.
