I'm agreeing with a lot of the reviews that most people have left. I think that the color harmony isn't quite there yet.
Something I'm noticing and maybe something you'd like to try is to change the font of ORGZ. I feel like it the squareness of the font doesn't feel organic quite yet. It looks kinda stiff, so maybe you wanna try like a serif or maybe something that's a little looser.
The leaf mark is coming together, but I'd try to work out the placement and colors a little bit more. Hope this helps!
