The first concept is the closest to something that will work. I think that all of these designs are suffering from lack of padding in a big way. All of your elements are spilling over into other elements, making the design feel cluttered. Shrink some of the elements and increase padding, that will take you a long way with this design. Also, choose a completely different background image.

I think since the image itself is so large (1600px X 1600px) that some of the design is getting lost. Let me know if i'm wrong and it still needs a lot of padding. Thanks man!
