Just a few things you might consider revising.

1. The navigation menu. I imagine you chose the colours to match the logo, but they inadvertently distract from it. You would want the logo to stand out. Drumming down the colours would help.

2. You need more whitespace. Things are far too smashed together. They destroy readability.

3. The icons in the footer are too big. They draw away from your site. Consider reducing their size so they don't compete for attention so much.

4. I'd only use the logo once. Adding it more times always wreaks of "I've run out of ideas but felt I should throw in some more eye candy" ;)
