I would just get rid of the shadow altogether. The shadow is a very contemporary effect. Honestly it's already quite overused, but in a year, 5 years, it will look crazy dated (obviously you'd update the logo by then, but just sayin).
Anyway I don't think the shadow really ads anything. Looking at the last design you have here I think it's strong the way it is.
Which by the way you've done a great job with this thing. I'm really feeling the neon green highlight. I say the third comp is your winner as is.

Oh, and I still feel like that "d" and "g" belong closer together, such as you have the "g" and final "e".
