I'm a little confused about this to begin with... are these 2 different versions of the same page or are the 2 screenshots just 2 different pages from your site?
The first image anyway is good... I like the design. The icons on the right are nice. I would keep these.
I would definitely get rid of the brands at the bottom if possible.. I think these are both irrelevant and also distracting. Plus, personally I wouldn't buy from a site that is proud to be associated with Macdonalds or KFC!
As for the second image on here... I'm not sure what this page is trying to acheive, but there is nothing encouraging anyone to click on any of those links, and also the links really need to be broken down into smaller groups, otherwise it is too much clutter for the human eye.
