Love the idea, but I'm not sure if this actually helps anyone. People will have every version of browser installed on their computers so they can switch to whichever one offers the best compatibility and performance. And I'm not convinced everyone will switch browser just in order to view a particular website, personally if a website doesn't view well in my browser I'll just switch over and blame the code for being written badly (unless it's one of mine ; ). This could also lead to people being lazy with their code and putting your widget on their site as some sort of get out of jail free card.
All of that said, adding code for ie6 and fannying about with all the code to get it perfect in every browser does cause a problem to which your devise is a useful palliative.
Also microsoft and it's browser monopoly needs a bit of help being toppled, their current screen offering you other browsers is like Stephen said 'thrown together' probably by one of their underground bearded code goblins, so I think you are doing sterling work keep it up.
As for the sites actual design, it's fair to say it's neat, smart, to the point and leaves you with every idea about what to do next and what you are about. I would definitely go with the cram* one like Lukas* said ; ).
Oh and maybe, I might suggest, the paragraph you put int he footer could perhaps be a little bigger/easier to read like Joel Govier said about statement of purpose, I get the purpose but others may not.
The blue one and it's logo make it look like a gambling website.
