    overall i think this is a really solid design. changes you have made along the way have improved the design and third version with tagline is definitley the strongest. Id prehaps bring the font size of the tagline down a bit and increase the logo size a tad, if the copy of the tagline could be reduced down to two lines I think there would be a better propotion with the logo.
