Overall I like the design. Black on the home page is nice. The watercolour effect could prehaps be made a bit subtler and brought across a larger width. Currently its a tad distracting. A simple call to action on the three bullet point boxes might help its a little unclear where to click.
On the sub pages I would reduce the heading sizes by around 25-35% and have them a dark grey as opposed to black. At thier current size they are slightly ovet the top and its hard to concentrate on the normal written content of the page.
