At first I wasn't too keen on the abrupt content segmentation on the home page... but the more I look at it the less I mind... and I enjoy the way the feel is carried into the interior pages.
The gray BG behind the bullets on the first interior page looks a bit out of place to me because all of the other elements are very open, but it doesn't kill me.
I think it's a winner... clear, easy to navigate, showcases work well, says what it needs to... thumbs up from me.
