Concept two is most effective for me.
There's a little too much going on (visually) in most of the others. You've got some clever ideas, but to incorporate too many into a single design works against the effectiveness.
As other commenters have mentioned, reducing the color palette is a good idea. The charcoal with one accent (either blue or green, but not both).
The quote bubble that you've incorporated into some of the other variations as the inner circle of the 'o' in 'you' could easily be incorporated into concept two (and omit the existing quote bubbles) to simplify it a bit yet still communicate the message of 'speaking up' or 'having a voice'.
Great typeface choice by the way.
Kudos - excited to see the finished product.
