    I'd remove the line from the tip of the lock in the 4th concept

    I like these concepts! It does seem that there isn't a middle ground though. Concepts 1 & 2 immediately scream "modern", while 3 & 4 shout "classic". My thoughts were to try using the font from the second concept, with the STYLE of the lock in the 3rd concept.

    On a side note, I really like the look of the lock in the first 2 concepts. Very original!
