I like #1 the best because it's the easiest to read. However, I'm not a fan of the 3 people on the right. I think this limits your demographics too much.

I love number 6 because its the one I remember it the most. I would make the entire you all one gray color so its easier to read. I can read it but it would be easier to read it. Great job and goes great with your purpose!
