I would say number 3, but with the '2' in grey, as in number 7.

However if it was just out of these, I would say 7, as each element is clearly defined and as opposed to number 2, the image of the man adds personality.

However I must say that as a logo, to me it isnt very distinctive (as say the famous youtube logo, or the facebook). The name does also not describe the service clearly - however once i've read your explanation it makes sense, but at first glance it does not help me understand what it represents. This is not uncommon with logos, but in my opinion is majorly overlooked by businesses large and small.
