It just isn't very well laid out. I feel like your "family of brands" is a bit too over-accentuated. Since this may be for a different market than I am (I'm not pakistani), but I don't care about what brands you have, im more interested in finding what I want easily on your site.
that left column feels a bit awkward and misaligned. I think proportionally it is a bit off too.
the color choice is nice - but again, I may not be your market since I am not pakistani. It does work rather well together. .
I would just refocus your goals and the design for the end user - removing clutter and creating a better organization/site map and readjusting the hierarchy and layout on the homepage.
