this website looks really good, great job.
1-st thing I would change is the white background, the contrast between background and content area is a lil to much for me, I would go with a light grey. The " problem " is more visible on the pages where people watch the video, and leave comments ....the bottom part. There seems like things are not finished and part of this is because of the high contrast . I don't know if this is final but that part still needs some work.
Top menu, doesn't really follow the trend and this could be a good thing if intentional and for a specific reason or bad. The design of it it's retro and lacks originality. Again this couldnot be a bad thing if you have a well defined purpose for it.
Left navigation, looks unfinished to me and also the content area of docs and some other pages.
You have be a little more specific on what you want feedback, and mention if the draft is final or there are areas where you still haven't finished.

Great catch on the white background colour. With the exception of the homepage I've made the subpages all now a slight gray/blue. This definitely helps with readability as it glares a little less.
You're right on the left nav. We've just ran out of design budget/time to fix the nav. That's something we'll have to tackle down the road.
Also good point on declaring more precisely what we need feedback on. I think I just wanted some good general feedback to start, then as we get feedback we'd adjust the previews and get another round.
