A really great design! Nice and simple and makes you want to look through the rest of the sight.

One thing I would change though, is the light ray. I would centre it more and maybe make it bigger, as at the moment it's moving the focus away from the rest of the image and just focusing on that bit on the left.

Other than that, it looks great!
