    I like version 2 better, the background works so much better.

    Only thing i could suggest improving is the footer. I understand thats probably going to get info in, but if you add some more content to that, i think your good to go on the design.

      well, that's the problem. I don't know what else to add, I could just put the social icons on the footer but they don't want it to be on the footer.
