    Noel,

    Very nice. I have not read the comments from anyone else, because it would take more than an hour. So if this is a duplication, consider this as yet more valuable informationAs with all Word Press themes, I am sure that you can move stuff around in the sidebar. However, if there is one action I think that you want visitors to take is to sign up for the newsletter, right?

    In that case I would move above the fold to top right.

      Thank you Frank! Funny you mention the newsletter, I've moved it right under the blackboard as a widget instead of a footer element :)
