I like the navigation and the portfolio section, but the home page and other pages could be improved. It's a good start.

Home: There seems to be too much going on wiht the various colors and alignments. I think the intro text should be organized into a translucent container and set from the middle of the page to the right. It's current position and container look awkward. The background design is catchy, but the plain heading underlines look out of place.

Content pages: The mixture of small line height, lack of padding around the text and headings, and white on dark are making these pages hard to read. I would add some padding and space the boxes into rows of 2 or 3. Consider another heading treatment than text on a black rectangle to compliment the other cool features of the design.
