Hi Roman, I like these designs you've done. I have a couple of suggestions which may or may not help.

I would move the red balloon slightly to the right so it doesnt go behind the logo.

I think you have a little too much drop shadow on the yellow balloon and navigation buttons (Work, About, Contact). It seems to work on the red balloon and logo. Try using less shadow. I'd be tempted not to use any at all, but you'll probably have problems seeing the white against the light blue then.

Other than that, spot on, good job!
