    Pros:

    1. Colors and wood textures are great

    2. Perfect usage of fonts and spacing

    3. Big space for branding

    Cons:

    Nothing... really

      I really like this. Very consistent and captures the feel you are looking for. You have considered the details quite well also. My only constructive criticism would be to make the social networking icons color. It would add some dynamic interest.
