    This just feels a bit crunched and squeezed. I would try and space things out a bit and find a different placement for your tagline. This isn't a bad start, but could be a bit better.

      I like the bottom one better but I would increase the kerning (spacing) between your letters all around. I would also make the tagline smaller so it fits better in the space. It also might fit better if it was in all caps, so the taller letters would not encroach on the main text of the logo.
